PROPHECY
January 19, 2001: 1st revelation of 'A Flood' of evil:
Resulting in strong believers backsliding. Others believers will be willing to defend their fall, and they will find themselves separated from the church and those who finally return will still be struggling.
          Ps. 66:6 -- He turned the sea into dry land & they went through the flood on foot, there did we rejoice in him.
           Is. 59:19 -- When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord, shall lift up a standard against him.
March 9, 2001: Revelation of 'World Revival Movement'
           Hosea 6:2 After two days will revive us in the 3rd, he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.
           Joel 2:28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit: and your sons and daughters shall prophesy
           Ezek. 37:10 .... and they stood upon their feet, an exceeding great army
March 17, 2001:    More revelation on 'World Revival Movement', this time concerning 'World Revival City'
March 18, 2001:    More revelation: 'While waiting for the World Revival City to materialize, back up and start with the 'World Revival Center'. The City is not the beginning'.
March 22, 2001:    2nd revelation of 'A Flood' of evil is coming. Some ministries on their own will not be able to cross, they will need the world revival movement. They will be swept off their feet, forced to join with the harlot church to escape persecution

April 2001 onward: The coming of 'A Flood' is prophesied in different denominations, churches, on television, on the streets of New York City, Overseas, Christian newspaper (Christian Chronicles) & by mail overseas.
April 8 -15, 2001: The coming of 'A Flood' is prophesied during Worlds Revival Crusade (several times), visiting ministries in attendance.
August 12 - 19, 2001: The coming of 'A Flood' is prophesied during World Revival Convention (Sermon '3rd Dimension Power') *Video / Audio Tapes Available
August 18, 2001: World Revival Movement launched at Times Square, New York City, The coming of 'A Flood' is prophesied on Times Square 'Island' *Video Tape Available
September 4, 2001: Bishop K. D. Collins and Missionary team departed for Texas to open alternative world revival base.
September 8, 2001: Harvesters in Times Square, New York City gives warning of the coming of a flood of evil and a call for mankind to repent

This time SCHOOL CHILDREN are the first among those to be taken. FULFILLMENT November 17, 2001: Children are flooded with sorcery by new box office record movie 'Harry Potter', a platform to promote teaching it in school, many skipped school to attend.

PROBLEM
Many Holiness churches have a call to reach the world, but find it impossible because of the size of their congregation or denomination. Some are trying their best but their work, though genuine, have little or nearly no impact on the world. By the time these great servants of God get old and die, their dream almost die with them.

World Evangelism is mainly being done by worldly oriented ministries and media companies. With this powerful media tool they are able to gradually tear down the biblical standard of holiness as true believers have no alternative but to support them rather than the full secular media.

Ministries that stand up for holiness and personal evangelism are omitted from mainstream Gospel media. Why can't holiness churches have their own media companies?

Many true holiness churches are labeled as legalistic, yet holiness was the standard of the Philadelphia church. In Revelation. 3:8 "...... for though hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name". In a historically symbolic sense, the Philadelphia church(6th in order) represents the previous generation of the body of Christ which embraced holiness and Biblical standard. Today it is now being bashed vociferously by many who would not have reached anywhere in God without this emphasis. Today, they make up the Laodicean church(7th in order) the blind, prosperous church almost unable to prophesy of coming calamity or major terrorist attack (Rev. 3).

Even Christian bookstores will find it a financially loss to sell high standard books and materials.
'Men will not endure sound doctrine'

SOLUTION

	Judgment must first begin in the 'sanctuary'.
	Prophesied in the Bible. 'They that know the Lord shall be strong and do exploits".
	Prophesied by David Wilkerson, in his book 'The Vision' (written roughly 1970). "{...} in the midst of a flood of filth, will rise a true Jesus movement"
	We owe it to the churches, we need to offer a competitive alternative to the present religious danger.
	Greatest accountability: 'to live according to the word'. The Scripture says many will prophesy in my name but will be told "Depart from me I know you not"; "Many are called, few chosen"; "Rejoice not because of the miracles, but that your name is written".
	All biblical standard ministries with a world call, establish a world forum. Instead of individual ministries taking on the weight of world revival, our effort can be more united.
	International wall standing against coming persecution. Much of the persecution will be coming from the harlot church. We have the ability to lock down or enlighten the world. It will be done with more than numbers, but the spiritual power of God in holy living, soul saving vessels.
	Real model of the true church; 'HOLY - HARVESTERS'

PLAN

	God's alternative to the - one world church (worldly evangelistic outreach).
	Gather the remnant of biblical standard and work as close together as possible.
	Establish *Media* Outlets such as Television Stations, Radio stations, Newspapers etc.
	The Great Gathering (Annually) 1 Chr. 15:3 - And let us bring again the ark of our god to for we inquired not at it in the days of Saul. :4 - And all the congregation said that they would do so, for the thing was right in the sight of all the people

	World Revival Center:
	'World Revival City': International, National & local axis community for Restoration, Training, Revitalizing, Dispatching, Media, etc.
	World Revival University
	World Revival Congress: (Annually) seasonally (quarterly)
	World Revival Library: Like Joseph of old, we must preserve the known and unknown manuscripts (endangered species). e.g. Old King James Authorized version of the Bible, commentaries. Truthful materials that will fail in sales because of today's rejection of sound doctrine. There is hopefully enough endangered materials left to salvage, to save us from the emerging spiritual famine.
	Distribution of high standard Books, Music, Films: Cannot depend on businesses run religion for maintenance of standard. This is a conflict of interest.
	Provide guidelines for identifying the harlot church.
	Link all ministries with a world call. Give an international voice to unknown stalwarts who have much to offer, but do not have the media outlets. Our calling will be like Joseph who stored up all the good food during abundance to prepare for the time of famine. Much of what was taken for granted in pass generations or even modern times, are no longer with us.. Needed 'stuff' was whisked away suddenly or gradually, violently or peacefully, noticeably or imperceptibly. (Amos 8:11)

REALIZATION

When God sends a Rhema word. One of several things happen:

If it is received and acted upon positively, the outcome will be beneficial to the people involved.
If it is received but ignored or acted upon negatively the outcome will be destructive to the people involved . Also God will replace the people and/or the place.
Thank God for Billy Graham Evangelistic association, and similar global ministries for their great achievement in international evangelistic seminars, however this cannot bring world revival.
No 'Denomination', despite how large can bring world revival. They will however be greatly used by God also to do great things, maybe to establish thousands of churches across the world. They may even have hundreds of people in each of these churches. However the Bureaucratic structures will block other denominations and churches from participating fully. World Revival can only come by a united front. Hence a non-denominational movement will increase the openness to work together.
